Tip The first 3 months are an intern period.
As an intern full time barista , he or she will mainly be responsible for making tea and crepes.
Other responsibilities include maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the working and dining area.
Blend shift leader Hourly Salary:
$14

bonus After three months, as a shift leader, he or she will be in the crepe position to greet customer, communicate with customer, and introduce our innovative products.
Additionally, he or she is in charge of running the entire store while on the shift.
Shift leader need to have excellent organizational and managerial skills because he or she will be responsible for managing two to three employees all at the same time.
They should also be team players as during rush hours, they may need to help out other employees and coordinate their efforts to make sure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Shift leader should have excellent customer service skills because he or she will be responsible for fulfilling customers' needs and solving customers' complaints.
Shift leader needs to ensure that the food safety procedures are properly followed by all the employees.
They also need to do some minor tasks like filling out paperwork before the shift ends, doing inventory of all the supplies, and managing cash drawers.
35 working hours each week.
