Hours will be Monday - Friday 7:
30 am to 4:
00 pm.
This is will be an on-site position.
Responsibilities:
Inventory all products produced and transferred out.
Receive all order, and update spreadsheets to reflect new orders (making sure nothing is overweight, if so reaching out to DC's and having orders revised).
Print tickets for product going out/transfers.
Run all Daily, Weekly, Monthly and end of Fiscal year jobs, recalls, sustainability reports, productivity reports.
Accounts Receivable; cash and direct deposits.
Update all pricing on product and ingredients.
Liaison with Aldi and Save-A-Lot.
Schedule all pickups and deliveries.
Invoicing to customers.
New Hires; running E-Verify, pre-employment drug tests, physicals Reviewing weekly timecards for employees making sure clock in and clock out are all accurate.
Assisting employees with Leave of Absences for Short Term Disability and Work Comp.
Requirements:
ADP payroll experience.
Excel and Word.
AS400 (not required but helpful).
Customer Service.
Detail Oriented.
