Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support under supervision of attorneys Communicate with clients and other law firms Schedule depositions, conferences, hearings, etc.
Maintain attorney calendars Draft letters and other legal documents.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft suite Professional phone etiquette Ability to work in a team environment The ideal candidate will have a desire to continually learn and be challenged.
