Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the fitness department - Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives - Recruit, train, and supervise fitness staff - Ensure inventory control of fitness equipment and supplies - Manage the purchase and stock of fitness equipment and supplies - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area - Provide exceptional customer service to members - Develop and maintain relationships with members to promote retention - Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for members - Communicate with members regarding class schedules, promotions, and updates
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fitness management role preferred - Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, techniques, and trends - Proven ability to manage a team and achieve department goals - Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks - Experience in training development and implementation - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in phone etiquette for member inquiries and scheduling appointments - Ability to analyze pricing strategies for fitness programs Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
