Production Operations / Maintenance Manager

Planning and directing both manufacturing and maintenance operations;
Initiating plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs;
Managing spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume;
Staffing and directing the plant workforce (currently under 20 people);
Maintaining and improving safety and housekeeping (AIB);
Creating and maintaining a system of metrics for reporting production statistics (includes EPA reporting of emissions).
EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
10
years of manufacturing experience in advancing roles;
Must have food processing/manufacturing experience;
AIB background;
Strong maintenance/technical experience;
SQF is a plus;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
